With the challenges that Nova Scotians and fellow Canadians feel every day, we are constantly thinking of how we can learn and do better for not only our clients, but for our environment, neighbors, and employees. We care about the relationships we form with our customers, the craftspeople we employ, and the structures we bring to life.
Respect
The way we treat our clients and manage our projects is as important as the structures we build. Showing our clients respect and treating them fairly means we deliver, to the best of our abilities, on schedule, budget, and safely. If timeline or cost challenges arise, we proactively communicate with our clients to find solutions.
We keep it simple. Most of our clients aren’t construction experts. After all, that’s why they turn to us. We speak in terms that are easy to understand so our clients feel like they’re talking to a person, not a corporation. Forget about jargon and instead focus on what we’re really offering our clients — a communicative partner who can get the job done well.

Safety is our number one priority, for our staff, clients, and the public. It’s a big part of what makes us a great place to work, and it speaks to how much we care about our team. Our top-notch safety program focuses on education and training to empower our team to work safely every day. We are proud to be COR Certified under our safety program.
Community
We’re proud of our Atlantic Canadian roots. Because we build close to home, we show up for our local communities however we can. We are a proud builder for the IWK Make a Wish program as well as sponsoring many community groups and events.
