Project Information
Ontario-based St. Louis Bar & Grill opened its first offering in Nova Scotia with a Dartmouth location. The brand moved into the Maritimes two years ago with a Moncton, N.B., franchise. The franchisee chose Castone, based on our experience with quality restaurant build-outs in the region.
Our biggest challenge was working long-distance with the client from Toronto to meet a tight deadline. Castone was up for the challenge, and we rose to the occasion with timely communication and updates for predetermined milestones.
The new restaurant’s first Nova Scotia location was completed on time and on budget. Our client was naturally impressed by this, and by the idea that a long-distance relationship can produce top quality results that will exceed expectations.
Castone has always surpassed expectations with the large and small jobs. Their service department is great which I like because whether I’m building a restaurant or hanging a picture I know who to call.
