Project Information
This project was an upgrade to an existing 90-year-old building including 46 dorm rooms and 12 washrooms. Interior fire separations were upgraded along with new plumbing and HVAC systems. Exterior work consisted of repointing of stone walls, repairs to wood windows and dormers and steel repairs to 3 emergency stair towers. The project schedule was critical due to the facility being required to be operational for students returning to the University for the fall semester.
