Castone Construction completed the renovation and expansion of The Loose Cannon, a Scottish public house and neighbourhood pub located at 1566 Argyle Street in the heart of Halifax’s Entertainment District. The project modernized and refreshed the existing bar while expanding the footprint into the former Subway space at the corner of Blowers and Argyle Streets, creating additional room for guests and an enhanced pub experience. Delivered in a busy downtown environment, this hospitality project reflects Castone’s capability in fast-paced retail and food-and-beverage construction—coordinating trades, maintaining quality finishes, and supporting an inviting, authentic atmosphere in the centre of the city.
